Omni Fiber, LLC (“Omni Fiber”) provides Internet access services to subscribers subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in these Internet Access Terms and Conditions of Service.

Omni Fiber TV Terms

Omni Fiber LLC (“Omni Fiber”) operates a television system that provides subscribers with television programing services. The service is provided to you by Omni Fiber, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in these TV Terms and Conditions of Service.

Omni Fiber Residential Phone Terms

This agreement is between Omni Fiber, LLC (“Provider”, or “Omni Fiber”) and the End-User of the residential phone service (“VoIP service”).

Copyright Policy

Using your Internet or TV service to infringe copyrights is illegal and a violation of Omni Fiber’s Terms and Conditions of Service, which apply to all users of your account, and could result in the suspension or termination your service(s).

Electronic Payments Terms

You may elect to make a one-time payment to be applied against the balance of your monthly billing statement through an electronic funds transfer or a debit or credit card charge. You may also elect to pay the balance of your monthly billing statement on a recurring basis by enrolling in the Auto Pay Service (collectively, the “Electronic Payment Services”).

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If within the first 30 days after installation of your service you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your service and Omni Fiber will refund the regular monthly charges paid to Omni Fiber up through the disconnect date. The disconnect date must be 30 calendar days or less from the installation date.

Unless otherwise provided by law, one-time installation and activation fees, transactional phone purchases (per-minute domestic and/or international long-distance, directory assistance, and operator assistance charges) will not be refunded. Refunds will be applied to the payment method used for payment if possible. If not, a check will be issued. Refunds may take up to 45 days to process.

Battery Backup for Home Phone

Unlimited Home Phone service will not function during a power outage without a battery backup. Battery backups are available for purchase from Omni Fiber.
