Ensure we have your correct and current MAC address for your device registered in our system. If the MAC address has changed, please contact Technical Support to update it in our system.

If you’re still having trouble, ensure your device has 802.1p Priority Bit Tagging (VLAN 0) support and that it is enabled on the WAN interface.
